We are accepting submissions of high definition films, television programs, sports event coverage, video shorts (entertaining, journalistic, or scenic), games, and public service announcements.

Services For a reasonable fee that depends on the size of your project, Castmo offers an incredibly dynamic way to manage your project marketing through the processes of funding development to press and public relations. We can also assist with developing valuable education resources to make your project even more valuable.

Marketing Funding Development (private, password required): Put together a package of early trailers, photo galleries, crew information, and screening survey responses. Press (private, password required): Open up and expand the information to include press releases, audio clips, video clips, and press photos. Public Relations (public): Once the project is out to the public, you can add promotional aspects including character blogs and discussions.

Education Materials Our system was originally built for developing educational resources and it has been tested and proven through several federal and state programs. We can assist with the development and delivery of robust learning units (includes activities), surveys, and assessments which educators can utilize in ways that work best for them. All of our learning units, surveys, and assessments can be associated with national and state education standards.

The Agreement

Distribution Castmo offers a place to distribute your content. This is a non-exclusive arrangement and should either one of us decide to end the agreement we will endeavor to completely remove and never again refer to or use your content. All content submitted is subject to approval by our librarians, must comply with our Terms of Use (TOU), and may be refused for any reason. If refused, the submission fee will be returned minus postage. By submitting content to Castmo, you understand that providing a distribution method is the complete extent of our relationship. It is the sole responsibility of the content provider to ensure compliance with all copyright and trademark laws. Castmo shall provide the mechanism for gaining revenue from the content provided. Fifty percent of all revenue obtained by Castmo from the content provided shall be mailed to the provider within seven days after confirmation of receipt by Castmo customers. You will be provided with a direct link code so that you may refer people to your content specifically.

Hosting If you do not have a product to sell in any way, and you simply want to host your video on a super fast, reliable, and nice-looking system that you can link to from your web site (private or public), send us the materials listed below with a money order for $85 ($25 for setup, $5 per month = $60).

What to Send

If you would like to submit content to Castmo, and you agree to the terms outlined above, send the following to: Castmo, 4216 Barbara Ln., Missoula, MT 59803

1. Standard DVD disk (no printed label) with the master file (and a movie trailer if applicable) in either Quicktime (.mov) or Windows Media (.wmv) and tell us the resolution (high definition preferred), or Adobe Flash (.flv - tell us the width, height, and background color settings) file format. Do not send a disk formatted for play in a DVD player.
2. On the same disk, include a text document containing:
   • Name and description of the content and web site address if there is one (if offered for sale on the web site, the content price must be more than what is offered on Castmo).
   • Name, Company Name, address, phone number, and email address of the person submitting.
   • All copyright information.
3. One thumbnail image (can be a screen shot), 300 pixels x 300 pixels, JPEG (.jpg) format.
4. One banner image, recommended size 800 pixels wide x 150 pixels high, JPEG (.jpg) format.
5. One library image, recommended square image, JPEG (.jpg) format.
6. Money order for $25 made payable to the order of Castmo.
7. Which of the following sales options you want and your desired price:
   • DVD or Blue Ray Disk (must be shipped by content provider, we charge the customer $5 for U.S. and $20 for International shipping)
   • Digital Download (this will be the master file you submit)
   • Royalty Free, Universal Stock License (this will be the master file you submit)

Additional Materials

If you have any other content that you would like to submit, like photos, include them and we will contact you if we require additional payment.
